CIA × TikTok Shop Squad Up Coaches Partnership Program

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Credible Influencers Agency (“CIA”) Squad Up Coaches Partnership Program, designed for TikTok Shop Squad Up Coaches seeking long-term partnership, creator infrastructure, and access to CIA’s official TikTok Shop Partner tools and resources. By enrolling in this Program, Coach (“You” or “Coach”) agrees to the terms outlined below.

 

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

CIA is an official TikTok Shop Partner authorized to provide Shop support, creator matchmaking, shop infrastructure, LIVE selling training, and compliance assistance through TikTok’s Squad Up program.

Under this Program, CIA provides Squad Up Coaches a monthly subscription service designed to help Coaches support and scale their creator communities with CIA’s tools, access, and systems.

 

This Agreement governs:

• The relationship between CIA and Squad Up Coaches

• Subscription rules, access rights, and limitations

• Use of TikTok Shop Partner portal tools

• Compliance with TikTok’s policies and community guidelines

 

This Agreement is separate from any agreement you have with TikTok, and CIA does not represent TikTok or make guarantees about TikTok features, policy changes, or Shop performance.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

Participation is open only to:

• Verified TikTok Shop Squad Up Coaches, and

• Coaches actively coaching affiliates or creators for TikTok Shop.

 

CIA may require verification or documentation to confirm eligibility. CIA reserves the right to approve or deny enrollment at its discretion.

 

3. PROGRAM BENEFITS PROVIDED BY Credible Influencers Agency

 

Subscribed Coaches receive the following:

 

3.1 Professional & Business Support

• Long-Term Professional Business Partnership

• No required sales commissions from Coaches (monthly subscription only)

• Monthly Goal-Setting Sessions

• Private Support Access via Lark & WhatsApp

 

3.2 CIA Creator Ecosystem Access

• Access to the CIA Creator Network

• Creator Matchmaking Assistant Concierge (product-linking, high-commission matchups, quarterly campaign updates)

• Access to CIA Creator Growth Hub

• Access to Exclusive High-Commission Opportunities, when available

 

3.3 Training & Education

• Elite-level training modules, growth systems, and internal strategies

• LIVE Studio & LIVE Selling training

• Ongoing strategy updates aligned with TikTok Shop policies

 

3.4 Policy Protection & Compliance

• Assistance with:

  • Violation prevention

  • Account protection

  • Ban avoidance

  • Escalation support when permissible under TikTok Shop Partner guidelines

 

3.5 Industry Access & Events

• Invitations to select CIA and TikTok-approved events

• Priority access to new opportunities, programs, and pilot initiatives

 

CIA may update or modify benefits to remain aligned with TikTok Shop Partner rules and evolving platform requirements.

 

4. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Monthly Subscription Fee

Coaches agree to pay the monthly subscription amount disclosed at signup.

 

4.2 Billing

• Subscription renews automatically every 30 days

• Charges will continue unless Coach cancels in writing

• Subscription fees are non-refundable, including partial months, unless required by law

• Failed payments may result in paused or revoked access

 

4.3 No Commission Requirement

CIA does not collect commissions from Squad Up Coaches.
Coaches retain 100% of earnings from their creators, affiliates, and shop activities.

 

5. COACH RESPONSIBILITIES

Coaches agree to:

1. Follow all TikTok Shop, TikTok LIVE, and TikTok Community Guidelines

2. Maintain accurate and updated information with CIA

3. Act professionally and ethically with creators, brands, and CIA staff

4. Not misuse access to CIA Partner tools, creator data, private information, or exclusive commissions

5. Not represent themselves as employees or agents of TikTok, unless directly contracted by TikTok

 

Coaches are solely responsible for their coaching business, sales, engagement results, and creator outcomes.

 

6. CIA RESPONSIBILITIES

CIA agrees to:

1. Provide ongoing access to the benefits listed in Section 3

2. Offer reasonable support for policy issues within the boundaries of TikTok’s Partner guidelines

3. Maintain confidentiality of Coach information

4. Provide timely updates regarding major changes in TikTok Shop regulation or systems

5. Maintain technology systems, creator access hubs, and network directories

 

CIA does not guarantee creator performance, sales results, Shop performance, or platform stability.

 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All CIA-created materials—including training, dashboards, SOPs, course content, systems, designs, documents, matchmaking processes, creator databases, and strategies—remain exclusive property of Credible Influencers Agency.

Coaches may not:

• Copy

• Distribute

• Sell

• Share publicly

• Recreate

• White-label

• Teach
  Any CIA proprietary materials without written consent.

 

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal action.

 

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

Coaches agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

• CIA tools and systems

• TikTok Shop Partner platform features

• Creator lists

• Internal documents

• Strategy frameworks

• CIA operational processes

 

Information may not be shared with non-subscribers, competing TikTok Shop partners, agencies, or other coaching programs.

 

9. COMPLIANCE WITH TIKTOK POLICIES

Coaches must comply with all relevant TikTok policies, including but not limited to:

• TikTok Shop Affiliate Policies

• TikTok Shop Creator Monetization Policies

• TikTok LIVE Policies

• TikTok Community Guidelines

• TikTok Shop Partner Program rules

 

CIA may revoke access if a Coach repeatedly violates TikTok policies.

 

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CIA is not liable for:

• TikTok Shop account bans

• TikTok policy enforcement

• Creator disengagement

• Loss of earnings

• Program changes made by TikTok

• Platform outages

• Business losses, financial damages, or indirect damages

 

CIA provides tools and support, but outcomes depend on Coach’s actions and creator performance.

 

11. TERMINATION

CIA may terminate this Agreement if:

• Coach violates these terms

• Coach violates TikTok policies

• Payment fails

• Coach misuses CIA resources

• Coach acts in a defamatory, harassing, or unethical manner

 

Coaches may terminate their subscription at any time, with cancellation effective at the next billing cycle.

No refunds are issued upon termination.

 

12. NON-DISPARAGEMENT

Coach agrees not to publicly dispute, defame, or harm the reputation of:

• CIA

• CIA staff

• TikTok Shop Partner program

• Squad Up program

• CIA creators or clients

 

Concerns must be addressed through internal communication channels.

 

13. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

Coach is not an employee of CIA or TikTok. Participation does not form any employment, joint venture, or partnership beyond the limited program relationship defined here.

 

14. MODIFICATIONS

CIA maintains the right to modify these Terms at any time to remain in compliance with TikTok Shop Partner regulations.

Coaches will be notified of material changes.

 

15. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, unless otherwise required by law.

 

16. ACCEPTANCE

By enrolling in the CIA × Squad Up Coaches Partnership Program, Coach acknowledges:

They have read, understood, and agree to these Terms

• They agree to ongoing subscriptions

• They understand CIA is a TikTok Shop Partner providing support and infrastructure, not a guarantor of sales or creator performance

 

Coach’s subscription payment constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
